44858 (2024). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Further to reply 43994, have Health New Zealand consulted with overseas agencies to grow the mental health workforce; if so, when, who, and why?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that there is a specific mental health and addiction recruitment stream within the work done by Health New Zealand's International Recruitment Centre. This provides focussed attraction campaigns and recruitment support for both Health NZ and NGO providers.
