44802 (2024). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Will a participant in the pilot military-style academy have to meet criteria to move on to the community transition phase, and if so, what are these?

Hon Karen Chhour: The young people in the Military-Style Academy Pilot are all subject to a Supervision with Residence court order. Their release from residence will be determined by the court.
