44793 (2024). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: What, if anything, will occur if a participant on the pilot military-style academy reoffends once in the transition to community stage of the academy?

Hon Karen Chhour: Reoffending will be addressed within the justice system, as would be the case for offending regardless of the Pilot. I am advised the outcome of reoffending behaviour and a young person’s ability to complete the programme will be managed on a case-by-case basis.
