Rt Hon Winston Peters: New Zealand has condemned Israel's strikes in Doha as a violation of Qatar's sovereignty, risking escalation, and undermining efforts by Qatar and the United States to end the conflict. New Zealand has reiterated its concerns at an urgent debate of the United Nations Human Rights Council on 16 September 2025.
