44653 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Regulation: What work has been done by the Ministry to "Provide continuous and enduring improvements to the regulatory management system" as one of its key functions, if any?

Hon David Seymour: The National Party – ACT New Zealand Party coalition agreement includes a commitment to passing the Regulatory Standards Bill. The Ministry for Regulation, established on 1 March, is advising on the Bill and its design to help improve the regulatory management system.
