44581 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Does he stand by his statement that Health New Zealand’s overspend is due to “…a combination of things. It is back-office staff, as we’ve mentioned, but it’s also outsourced personnel”, if so, how many, if any of these outsourced personnel are clinical roles, by job title and salary band?
