44562 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Finance: What reports, briefings, memos, or any other documents, if any, has she received from Health New Zealand regarding their financial position, by title and date?

Hon Nicola Willis: I receive a substantial number of documents from a variety of agencies. I am advised that those agencies regularly proactively release lists of titles of advice submitted to their respective Ministers or Executives, and that any advice I received from them will fall within the scope of these proactive releases – please refer to those lists. Some titles may not be released if they relate to matters of commercial sensitivity, active consideration, legal privilege and/or confidential negotiations.
