Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that the Reframe programme has been reoriented across the following programmes ensuring the vision, benefits and outcomes are woven in the design and analysis phase: - Core Policing Blueprint is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our frontline Team. The development of a Core Policing Services is to demonstrate that Police will be able to provide appropriate technology solutions to meet frontline operational capability such as National Intelligence Application (NIA) and related frontline technology infrastructure. - Frontline First is delivering short-term efficiencies to minimise unnecessary overhead. The efficiency benefits in the existing case management workforce will be realised through standardisation, simplification and digital enablement.
