44496 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Associate Minister of Health: Does the Minister stand by his statement “I’m a strong believer in our founding document” if so, why did the Minister tell Pharmac that they no longer require to consider embedding Te Tiriti o Waitangi?

Hon David Seymour: Yes, however it is not Pharmac's job to embed everything I believe in. Their job is to assess and procure pharmaceuticals for eligible persons based on need.
