Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter (January to March 2024) has been made toward actioning ‘Workforce training and guidance’ under Focus area 3: Testing and linkage to care actions as recommended in the National HIV Action Plan?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised during the January to March 2024 quarter, the Burnett Foundation provided workforce training to extend the range of providers able to provide HIV testing to the most at-risk groups. This is funded through HIV Action Plan implementation funding.
