44389 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter (January to March 2024) toward the delivery of ‘A platform allowing healthcare providers to access and update patient data held in different databases’ within Hira tranche one?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that while work on this action was progressed during the January to March 2024 quarter, it has now been paused. I have directed Health NZ to provide me with a 10 Year Infrastructure Investment Plan which will guide further digital investment.
