44322 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What is the value of the projects underwritten through the Residential Development Underwrite scheme and how does that breakdown by project?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that to date, the Crown’s total exposure under the Residential Development Underwrite is $125.5 million. A breakdown of projects is attached.
