44321 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, of the 550 social homes to be rolled out in Auckland this year have been allocated to providers and will all of these homes be new builds?

Hon Chris Bishop: This information is publicly available on the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development’s website at: www.hud.govt.nz/documents/budget-2024-and-2025-funded-housing-delivery-dashboard. I am advised that all places will be new builds.
