Hon Chris Bishop: The Meadowbank complex at Puroto Street, Meadowbank cost $11,050,096 on three 3-bedroom and six 2-bedroom apartments. The floor area of these homes is 1,013 metres-squared. As such, the cost to deliver was $10,908 per metre-squared. Kainga Ora advise me that they do not hold a centralised register of cost per sqm at the project or dwelling level.
