44316 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What Kāinga Ora land holdings, if any, has he suggested that Kāinga Ora sell and which of those land holdings, if any, have been sold?

Hon Chris Bishop: The divestment of land holdings by Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities is an operational matter in most cases. However, I have given direction to wind down the Kāinga Ora Land Programme which includes being consulted on the divestment of 28 Adelaide Road, 66a Quaifes Road and Ferncliffe Farm.
