Rt Hon Winston Peters: New Zealand has a long-standing 'do not travel' advisory in place for Gaza, and strongly advises against participation in flotillas that attempt to enter Gaza by sea. New Zealand expects all states to comply with their legal obligations, including the rules of freedom of navigation.
