44300 (2024). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for Food Safety: On the proposal to introduce a new flat rate Food Act levy to fund 'Domestic food safety and suitability rules', why did the summary of submissions not detail what percentage of submitters supported the proposal, and if any did, what percentage of total submissions did that represent?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: I refer the member to the response for WPQ 44409 (2024). I am advised that 7.4 percent of submissions supported the proposal. This figure was inadvertently omitted.
