44284 (2025). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: How many eligible Māori adults, if any, in the Far North have received the Work and Income Special Needs Grants emergency dental care in the past year?

Hon Louise Upston: I refer the Member to the attached table, which provides the number of Māori clients aged 18 and over in Far North District Territorial Local Authority who have been granted Special Needs Grants for dental care, and the number of grants, from September 2024 to August 2025 broken down by month.
