44249 (2024). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for Economic Development: Why is the government stopping work on the circular economy?

Hon Melissa Lee: Work was stopped on the development of a Circular Economy and Bioeconomy Strategy as part of the Government’s fiscal savings exercise. Research underway on the circular economy was not stopped and has now been completed and is being made available to inform government policy.
