44243 (2024). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Climate Change: When did he or Cabinet decide to include information about discontinued actions from the first Emissions Reduction Plan in the consultation document for the second Emissions Reduction Plan?

Hon Simon Watts: Information on discontinued policies from ERP1 was included in both the Draft Paper used for Ministerial consultation and the final version approved by Cabinet and was initally included during the drafting process.
