Hon David Seymour: Since becoming Associate Minister of Health, I have not undertaken any specific consultation on Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Pharmac. I have engaged with people on the basis of their ability to inform on and about Pharmac's role as New Zealand's drug purchasing agency.
