44208 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 43081 (2025), is the amount of government funds paid to a particular company over the course of a year a carve-out in construction contracts; if not, why not?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that each construction contract documents the agreement for a single project, and does not relate to all other payments made to the same contractor over the year. This is standard commercial practice.
