44202 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Is Kāinga Ora planning to invest in new IT solutions to help it better monitor its spending and performance and if so, how much, is it planning to invest in the next three years?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it is currently preparing a business case for the modernisation of its IT systems. This investment aligns to the Kāinga Ora Turnaround Plan, and is intended to improve overall service delivery and cost effectiveness across the organisation. At this stage, the business case is still under development and final investment figures have not yet been confirmed.
