Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: Why did the Minister not act on the Ministry advice saying, "Additional products will likely compound existing concerns about young peoples' addiction to nicotine for little benefit", when she recommended cabinet committee to "agree in principle to allow the sale of smokeless tobacco and nicotine products where the evidence shows they are significantly less harmful than smoking"?
