44087 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Associate Minister of Health: On what date, if any, has the Minister taken a Cabinet Paper to Cabinet or Cabinet Committee regarding Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Pharmac, by Cabinet Committee and date?

Hon David Seymour: I haven’t taken a specific cabinet paper regarding Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Pharmac. I did, however, take my Letter of Expectations for Pharmac for 2024/25 to the Cabinet Social Outcomes Committee on 22 May 2024.
