44010 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Further to reply 35090, will all of the 21 listed notified planning instruments now no longer be able to go ahead as a result of the restriction to limit plan changes, if not, which are still to go ahead?

Hon Chris Bishop: Councils responsible for the 21 notified planning instruments have until 15 January 2026 to either apply for an exemption or withdraw their plan.
