Lan Pham to the Prime Minister: Does the he consider the Deputy Prime Ministers’ comments in a recent New Zealand Herald article titled "Deputy PM David Seymour says parts of Auckland plan ‘not necessary’. He plans to lobby council and Housing Minister Chris Bishop for changes" to have breached the Cabinet Manual, and if so, what action will he take; if not, why not?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I do not consider Hon Seymour’s comments to be inconsistent with Cabinet Manual guidance.
