43965 (2024). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Climate Change: What advice or modelling, if any, has he seen to quantify fugitive emissions from gas, and if so, who produced it?

Hon Simon Watts: Fugitive emissions are included in the energy emissions projections estimated in the Emissions in New Zealand (ENZ) model. The ENZ model was developed for the Ministry for the Environment by Concept Consulting.
