Hon Simon Watts: I have received the following briefings which included advice on the Government’s obligations under section 3A of the Climate Change Response Act 2002: BRF-4759 - Progress update on consideration of Climate Change Commission advice in ERP2 BRF-4091 - Engagement on the second emissions reduction plan BRF-4321 - Agreeing to a consultation approach I expect further detailed advice on this matter as part of finalising the plan for publication by the end of the year.
