Hon Simon Watts: Market credibility is a priority for the Government. My view of potential impacts for New Zealand's Emissions Trading Scheme (NZ ETS) market credibility is informed by a range of advice and information that I receive from officials on aspects of the NZ ETS, my engagement with NZ ETS market stakeholders, and my observations of the market and market commentary.
