Hon Chris Bishop: I note the title of the Infrastructure Priority List (IPL) has been changed to the Infrastructure Priorities Programme (IPP). The IPP is a key component of the National Infrastructure Plan being developed by the NZ Infrastructure Commission / Te Waihanga.
