43717 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of September 1st 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe received five fatality notifications between 1 September and 7 September 2025, which are awaiting assessment to establish if they are work-related.
