43711 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister for Infrastructure: Has he been made aware of any inaccuracies in the Waitaha hydro application by Westpower Limited under the Fast Track Approvals Act?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have not been made aware of any details regarding the application. The project you refer to has lodged a substantive application. Substantive applications are managed by the Environmental Protection Authority, panel conveners and expert panels (once they are appointed).
