Hon Chris Bishop: Drafting of Amendment Paper No. 347 to the Resource Management (Consenting and Other System Changes) Amendment Bill began on 18 June 2025 and a final version for approval was provided to me by the Parliamentary Counsel Office on 8 August 2025.
