43694 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the last quarter (January to March 2024) toward ‘to identify the most interesting outcomes and the detail needed to be of maximum impact from future policies’ as discussed in the ‘Healthy Homes Initiative: Three-year outcomes evaluation’ report?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the January to March 2024 quarter, work continued on the Five-Year Outcomes evaluation. I am further advised that the Five-Year report is one of the largest community datasets included within the Integrated Data Infrastructure (IDI) at Stats NZ. It will build on the Three-Year Outcomes Evaluation Report (published in 2022) and will include both health and social benefits of the programme, along with cost effectiveness analysis.
