43650 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Is Kāinga Ora planning to sell more than the previously announced 900 state homes in 2025/26 and if so, why?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it is forecasting to sell around 1,000 properties in FY 2025/26. The increase makes up for some sales that were not delivered as originally forecast in FY 2024/25, including the 117 units sold on Dixon Street in Wellington.
