43640 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: Have the Learning Support Coordinator (LSC) Travel Grant and Networking Grant been discontinued; if so, does the Minister expect LSCs to provide equitable support across communities without this funding, and if so how?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) that there are no changes for existing cluster-based Learning Support Coordinators’ (LSC) roles and responsibilities, or to the cluster-based operating model. The Ministry continues to fund and support schools with existing LSCs operating across primary and secondary schools in a cluster, and there are no changes to their travel and networking grant.
