43620 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What advice, reports, briefings, aide-memoires or any other document, if any, were received by the Minister of their office on the work programme to replace the RMA; listed by title and date?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have received extensive advice regarding RMA reforms since receiving my ministerial warrant. It is not possible to provide a comprehensive list of every piece of advice I have received, within the standard timeframe for responding to WPQs. I have limited the scope of the Member's question to papers related to phase 3 of the reforms which is the replacement of the RMA. I have received the following papers: 15 February 2024 - BRF-4029 - Establishing a three-year work programme for improvements to the resource management system 16 February 2024 - BRF-4156 - Further advice on opportunities for spatial planning to advance Government objectives 29 February 2024 - CAB-391 - Work programme for reforming the resource management system It is not in the public interest to release four further titles.
