Hon Judith Collins: All space activities conducted from New Zealand or by New Zealand entities overseas must be consistent with New Zealand’s obligations under international law, including the four key United Nations space treaties (the Outer Space Treaty, the Registration Convention, the Liability Convention, and the Rescue Agreement), international humanitarian law, international human rights law, and disarmament treaties.
