Hon Judith Collins: Information relied on to grant a permit or licence under the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act 2017, including the mission or purpose of the space activity, must remain true or the permit or licence must be varied. Relevant requirements for compliance with the Act are described in WPQ 23372.
