Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Local Government: What support, advice, or guidance, if any, has the Department of Internal Affairs offered to Kawerau, Mackenzie, Waitaki, Whakatāne, Gisborne, and Stratford District Councils to enable them to revise or improve their Water Service Delivery Plans?

Hon Simon Watts: The Department of Internal Affairs (the Department) offered to review draft water services delivery plan (plans) from all councils, including the named councils. The Department continues to have ongoing engagement with councils through the plan review process.
