Hon Simon Watts: I refer the member to the Local Government Funding Agency’s (LGFA) April 2025 update available here: www.lgfa.co.nz/sites/default/files/2025-04/LGFA%20Lending%20to%20Water%20CCOs%20-%20April%202025%20Update.pdf Schedule 1 of the LGFA Foundation Policies (Clause 5.1 of the Shareholders’ Agreement) states Auckland Council will be limited to a maximum of 40 percent of the Company's total Local Authority (including CCO) assets.
