43478 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: How many change processes have been initiated, if any, in each of the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies, if any, between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I refer the Member to Written Parliamentary Question 28016 (2024). I am advised by Health New Zealand that five change processes were initiated and consultation started between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024.
