43470 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: How many change processes have been initiated, if any, in each of the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies, if any, between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: Two change processes have been initiated at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024: A review of the Information Management Division (IMD) structure has been initiated. However, as at 10 July 2024, formal consultation on this change has not commenced. A review of the Portfolio Services Division (PSD) was initiated and completed between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024. The review included a consultation process.
