Steve Abel to the Associate Minister of Agriculture: Did it take MPI animal welfare inspectors more than 20 days to visit a farm in Riverton, Southland that was the subject of an animal welfare complaint this year; if so, what advice if any has the Minister or their Office received on why it took more than 20 days?
