Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that no consultations were opened by the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment in the week beginning 1 September 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions. With regard to New Zealand Growth Capital Partners, I am advised that no consultations were opened by NZGCP in the week beginning 1 September 2025.
