Reuben Davidson to the Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology: Has the Minister received any information on whether there is a mismatch between people losing their jobs due to Artificial Intelligence and the types of jobs Artificial Intelligence creates, and if so, what is the nature of this mismatch, if any?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that monitoring and assessing the possible employment impacts of artificial intelligence is managed within the Social Development and Employment portfolio.
