Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Vocational Education: What was the remuneration, if any, broken down by board and title, for crown appointees in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, in the 2024-25 financial year?

Hon Penny Simmonds: As Minister for Vocational Education, I have responsibility for making appointments to the governing councils of the following entities: • Te Pūkenga • Muka Tangata – People, Food and Fibre Workforce Development Council • Ringa Hora – Services Workforce Development Council. Council members’ fees are paid from the baselines of the entity the council governs and are published in the entity’s annual report. I refer the Member to the attached table showing the remuneration for board members of the boards I was responsible for in 2024/25.
