43370 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: How many of the positions that have been offered to mid-2025 graduate nurses by Te Whatu Ora are 0.8 FTE or lower, as a number and proportion of the total?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that 227 positions offered to mid-2025 graduate nurses by Health New Zealand are 0.8 FTE, representing 71.6 per cent of the total, and just three roles - or 0.9 per cent - are below 0.8FTE. As I said in Written Parliamentary Question 43375 (2025), I am further advised that 99 per cent of graduates were offered positions of 0.8 FTE or higher.
