43319 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What consultations are the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, planning to open on the week beginning Monday 1st September 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and what is the proposed net change in roles?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that during the week commencing 1 September 2025, no consultations were initiated with employees regarding changes to Employment roles, Employment numbers, or any other Employment conditions. I am further advised that no associated Crown entities opened consultation in the week commencing 1 September 2025. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 43320 (2025).
